General terms and conditions

Below are the general sales, delivery and payment conditions of 4LazyLegs, subsidiary of Minimonkey, located at Larikslaan 9, in Amsterdam, telephone number 020-3301197, VAT number 136791761B01 and registered under the name Minimonkey at the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under number 34243852.

1. General

1.1 All our deliveries and services are subject to the following sales, delivery and payment terms and conditions. 1.2 By placing an order, the client automatically agrees with the below mentioned general terms and conditions of 4LazyLegs. 1.3 All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these general terms and conditions apply, as well as these terms and conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

2. Prices

All prices on the 4LazyLegs website (4LazyLegs.com) are in Euros and include VAT and shipping costs within the Netherlands. For shipping of articles abroad, 4LazyLegs charges the necessary postage.

3. Ordering and payment

3.1 The purchase and sales agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer by the consumer and the fulfilment of the terms and conditions. 3.2 If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the trader will immediately confirm receipt of acceptance of the offer electronically. As long as the receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed, the consumer can dissolve the agreement. 3.3 The customer can pay 4LazyLegs in different ways. The client can choose for payment in advance, payment via IDeal, Credit Card, or for direct debit. 3.4 If payment in advance is chosen, payment should be made in full within 7 working days after the order date. During these days, the ordered items will be reserved for you. In the event 4LazyLegs has not received payment at the end of this period, the articles will be released for sale again. 3.5 In the event pre-payment is opted for, shipment of the order will only take place once payment has been received by 4LazyLegs. 3.6 4LazyLegs will send a confirmation by email when payment has been received.

4. Delivery

4.1 We aim to deliver your order to TNT Post within 2 working days (after receipt of your prepayment, if applicable). At the latest, the product will be delivered within 30 days after ordering. If this is not possible, you will be informed within 1 month after placing the order and in that case you have the right to cancel the order without any costs. 4.2 TNT generally delivers the next day, provided the delivery address is within the Netherlands. 4.3 A shipment confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.

5. Returning

5.1 Our products are subject to a withdrawal period of 14 working days commencing on the day after receipt by or on behalf of the customer, (unless otherwise agreed in accordance with paragraph 3.) 5.2 During the withdrawal period, the customer has the option to return the goods received without any obligation on his part, other than payment of the direct costs of returning the goods.
5.3 (Limitations or exclusions of the trial period – based on the specific nature of the goods in question – will be clearly stated in the offer.) 5.4 During this period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the instructions provided by the entrepreneur. 5.5 The costs (TNT post €6.95) of return shipment will be borne by the buyer. 5.5.6 In case of prepayment, 4LazyLegs will refund the amount already paid to the buyer within 30 days. 5.7 Return shipments should be reported to 4LazyLegs in advance via e-mail. 5.8 The article will not be taken back if: – the article has been washed; – an attempt has been made to repair a defect itself; and/or – the user instructions have not been followed6. Conformity6.1 It is recommended that the buyer inspects the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If the delivered goods are not in conformity with the agreement, the consumer should report any defects or incorrectly delivered goods to the company within a reasonable time after discovery.7. PrivacyAll personal data will only be used by 4LazyLegs and will never be made available to third parties, provided it is necessary for payment transactions and delivery of the order.8. Liability8.1 Obvious typing, typesetting and printing errors are reserved, as a result of which an incorrect selling price could be inadvertently communicated. Should this occur, the price will be adjusted by 4LazyLegs as soon as possible. 8.2 Every effort will be made to ensure the images correspond as closely as possible with reality.9. Complaints9.1 It may occur that you are not satisfied with a product and/or service. Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by e-mail at: email.
